The War on Coal

We have taken a step towards pushing back against unnecessary federal overreach with the Supreme Court's recent decision to block President Obama's emissions regulation plan. The President's plan seeks to regulate the coal industry out of business by perpetuating false narratives to further his climate change agenda.

The coal industry provides thousands of jobs in Indiana. President Obama and the EPA have created a war on coal which threatens the livelihoods of hard working miners, and increases energy costs for the rest of us. We need to get government out of the way, and stop the war on coal. I applaud the Supreme Court's decision to put a hold on these burdensome regulations, and hope that common sense will prevail.
